Orders are usually packed and sent out within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Exceptions apply to pre-order items.

If your order includes pre-order items, the order will be shipped once all items are available. Shipping dates will be included in the product description of pre-order items. 

Occasionally, orders may take longer to process if we are away from the office. If this is the case, this information will be clearly displayed on the website. 

Domestic shipping in Australia is a flat rate of $10AUD and sent via courier or Australia Post. International shipping to New Zealand is a flat rate $20NZ. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. 

All orders are sent by courier or Australia Post. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you have any questions or concerns about the location of your order, reach out via email: hello@anthologystore.co and we will happily chase it up for you. 

We believe in the quality of our products - we hope you will love them as much as we do! If for some reason, your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email: hello@anthologystore.co within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will do our best to organise a replacement or alternative that meets your requirements. 

Proof of purchase is required. 

Most of our shipping packaging is able to be recycled or placed in the home compost (yay!). For our mailer boxes, simply remove the shipping label and place in the recycling bin at home. The same goes for our kraft paper protective wrapping. Remove any stickers and into the recycling.
